    Therefore, participation is subject to presentation of a medical certificate.

    For the people not having a valid sporting license  (check the valid licenses' list here)

    Warning ! Registration requires a medical certificate mentioning 

    "No contraindications for running (or sport) in competition"  

    This mention is compulsory in order for the certificate to be valid
