PRESENTATION
Join us and become a volunteer to be active on the field helping the organisation of the Semi de Cannes event. Rejoignez-nous et devenez volontaire pour participer sur le terrain à l’organisation du Semi de Cannes. Village set up, Bibs withdrawal, start and flinish lines management, route's management (race commissioner, drinks and food points management), info and luggage locker services management,... missions are plural and your commitment is priceless and really appreciated.
MISSIONS
BIBS' WITHDRAWAL (AT THE VILLAGE)
- Verify medical certificates' validity
- Verify runners' identity
- Deliver the t-shirt and bib to the runners
FLAGMAN (UPON THE ROUTE)
- Ensure runners' security during the race
- Avoid road traffic
- Guide runners during the race
LUGGAGE LOCKERS (AT THE VILLAGE)
- Take delivery of runners' bags
- Store bags according to the numberinganger les sacs en accord avec la numérotation
- Give the runners' bags after the race
INFORMATION POINT(AT LE VILLAGE)
- To welcome and inform attendees
DRINKS AND FOOD (AT THE ARRIVAL AND UPON THE ROUTE)
- Install the drinks and food stand and set up
- Replenishment during the race
- Waste sorting for environmental friendliness
SAS DÉPART (SUR LE PARCOURS)
- Handle the starting SAS opening and closure
- Orientate runners towards the right starting SAS
- Control runners at the SAS' entrances
- Handle barriers at the departure time
ARRIVAL FLOW (AT THE VILLAGE)
- Handle the runners flow ending the race
- Filter people without bib within the arrival area
- Medals distribution to the finishers
